Holly May Mahoney
Graphic designer turned service design strategist, Holly is an empathic and creative individual with a diverse practice spanning across the private and public sectors.
Holly is a designer who relishes organisation, consistency and thoroughness. Prior to her current role, Holly joined the Helen Hamlyn Centre for Design in October 2015, working within the Age and Ablility Research Lab. Holly's project was with Stannah, looking at the customer journey and improving the overall service they provide.

Practice
Holly is a service design strategist and design thinking advocate with a diverse practice spanning across the private and public sectors. After formal Service Design training from the RCA and working as a Teaching Fellow at Stanford's D.School, she went on to be the Design Lead at David Kester & Associates as well as leading design coaching and training at the Design Thinkers Academy, London. She now works independently as a Design Thinking coach, educator and facilitator helping to drive user-centricity and foster creative confidence within individuals, teams and organisations.
