These are the periods during which teaching, assessment, any public exhibitions, the library and both supported and supervised technical services are fully operational.
Battersea & Kensington
Monday to Friday, 9am – 10pm.
Saturday, 10am – 8pm.
Closed on Sundays.
White City
Garden House: Monday to Friday, 9am – 10pm
Saturday, 10am – 8pm.
Closed on Sunday.
Media Works: Monday to Friday, 9am – 8pm

During non-term time and independent study, limited Technical Services spaces and the Library are available for students to use. The hours that students are able to access Technical Services differ to term time to allow for staff leave, training and equipment maintenance.
Students can keep up-to-date all year round with the technical services live status on the intranet.
College closure days
College campuses and buildings are closed on UK Bank Holidays and for annual official College Closure Days, which are listed below for the 2024/25 academic year:
Monday 23 December 2024 – Tuesday 31 December inclusive, reopening on 2 January.
Thursday 17 April – Tuesday 22 April 2025 inclusive
