
Custom executive education joint fellowship with London & Partners for innovation leaders.
Overview
The RCA is the academic lead for the ground breaking Open Innovation Fellowship in collaboration with London & Partners that is run twice a year for up to 20 senior innovation leaders in London, led by Dr Nick de Leon.
Senior innovation leaders access 40 hours of content and attend live sessions delivered across three months to develop their strategic approach to open innovation, build their peer network and deepen their understanding of London’s ecosystem. Fellows demonstrate a commitment to collaboration and inclusion, both within their organisations and in the wider community.
Course structure
Fellows access the RCA’s expertise in the academic theory of open innovation alongside London & Partners’ deep understanding of London’s business ecosystem. The RCA brings a unique design-led perspective, highlighting the importance of combining creative thinking, science and technology to tackle today’s global challenges. Core modules range from open innovation strategy, operating models, culture and more.

Companies who have taken part include Hill+Knowlton Strategies, Transport for London, Schneider Electric, Capgemini, Arup, Girls’ Day School Trust, Mayor’s Office of Policing and Crime, UST Global, Fortnum & Mason, Arup, Fidelity, Boeing, AstraZeneca, Infosys, Barclays, Crisis and NHSx.

Custom Executive Education Masterclasses and Workshops
Through our portfolio of innovation masterclasses and workshops, the RCA provides senior-level professionals and business leaders with critical business skills. We deliver courses for businesses, organisations and universities on design thinking, service design, creative leadership, disruptive innovation, entrepreneurship, human-centred design, artificial Intelligence and healthcare design.
We can tailor the curriculum for a day, a week, or several weeks over the course of a year with interrelated projects. Courses can be delivered online, on-campus, hybrid or at partner organisations. Previous courses have been delivered in Dubai, Japan, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Germany and Mexico.
