Like artists, creators, designers and curators around the world, the 2020 graduates of the RCA have adapted, innovated and reimagined during these most unprecedented of times.
For the first time in recent history, the Royal College of Art's renowned graduate show will this year take place online as a digital discovery platform – RCA2020. Wherever you are, join us online to navigate, explore and immerse yourself in the work – and thinking – of the world's most talented emerging artists and designers.
Each student will have their own page, and RCA2020 will allow you to explore creative work through traditional pathways, such as by Programme, School or Artist, and also through themes, curated collections, stories and live events.
Collections: Curated selections of works/practice/projects, these could be thematic and curated by guests or programmes.
Events: There will be an events programme, active for the first two weeks following public launch. Events may include webinars, Meet the Maker presentations, online tours and Q&As; and will vary from across College to Programme specific.
Stories: these narratives will point to projects and practices that respond to current events, common themes and shared priorities.
These streams will provide opportunities for creative, critical and alternative discoveries of RCA’s graduates and their work, bringing a dynamic to the platform that goes far beyond a collection of portfolios.
You can also purchase the work of many of the exhibiting students to add to your collection through our online store.
