Before starting your RCA journey, we warmly invite you to join our in-person Service Design MA event in Shanghai. Meet the RCA team and alumni face-to-face, learn about the programme, gain insights into student life, and explore future career paths.
Whether you’ve already received your RCA Service Design MA offer or are a prospective applicant, this event provides a relaxed and open space to ask questions, understand the programme, and experience the RCA community firsthand.

About the speakers
姜晓灼 Margaret
RCA Alumni, Service Design MA
Work Experience: Former Digital Product Manager at a Fortune 500 company; currently Founder of an overseas AI Agent startup. Education Experience: During her studies at RCA, she participated in the Terra Carta Design Lab with the project "Seagraft", reaching the Top 8 in the final round, and maintained close involvement with InnovationRCA.
柴天悦 Tina
RCA Alumni, Service Design MA
Before founding SkyeLabs, Tina had accumulated extensive years of experience as a product manager. It was through working closely with real users, business challenges, and implementation issues that she decided to continue her studies in Service Design MA at the RCA, seeking a more systematic understanding of products and services. After graduation, she didn’t remain in her previous career trajectory. Instead, she co-founded SkyeLabs with her team, bringing together her accumulated product experience and design thinking into entrepreneurial practice.
