Alexandre de Betak has, for over 25 years, been the creative force behind Bureau Betak; the world’s leading fashion show and special events company. Alexandre and his team have designed and produced shows, events and exhibitions, for brands including Christian Dior, Calvin Klein, Saint Laurent, Hermes, Celine, Raf Simons, John Galliano, Rodarte, among many others.
In recent years, de Betak has broadened his creative profile by designing installations at Tefaf in NY and Fiac in Paris for Gmurzynska Galerie, as well as light installations and limited editions for exclusive houses such as Domeau & Peres, Artcurial and Swarovski. He also designed the restaurant Black Calavados, a unique Betak Disco Bedroom for the contemporary Hotel Amour in Paris, as well as his acclaimed houses and spaces in New York, Mallorca, and Paris.
In 2017, de Betak launched his first retrospective book; Betak: Fashion Show Revolution, published by Phaidon, retracing 25 years of design within the global fashion and luxury industry.
