The exhibition ‘Born Out Upside Down’, curated by MA Curating Contemporary Art student Chingwai Yuen, aims to open up a discussion on the body and the self, exploring the self- representation and self-expression in the context of the body. Setting up a conversation on the relationship between the self and the body, otherised self and a metamorphosed body…

Born Out Upside Down, happening at the AMP Gallery, will be activated by live performance works and live music on the private view day: Lihong Bai’s first performance of her work ‘The Joy of Fish and Water’ in London, and Han Gao’s first performance of her brand-new work!

Private View: 1 March, 6–9pm
