Tong is a designer and researcher working across complex social and systemic challenges. Her practice spans public policy, healthcare, accessibility, AI, and mobility, with a focus on people-centred and inclusive design.
Tong is currently working on research exploring innovative responses to the inclusion and net zero challenges facing urban mobility. Her work brings together citizens, policymakers, service providers, and interdisciplinary experts through co-design and collaborative research.
Drawing on her experience in design, Tong uses creative and participatory approaches to navigate complex systems, connect diverse perspectives, and translate research insights into tangible and inclusive products, services, and visual communication outcomes.
