How to apply for an Undergraduate Loan for MA Architecture (Part 2)

Home and some EU students (e.g. those with settled or pre-settled status) who start in September 2026 will be charged tuition fees of £9,525 for 2026/27. These will increase in line with the Government's permitted increase to tuition fees in future years. In the first instance, you should apply for undergraduate funding for your programme. If you are not eligible for undergraduate funding, you may be entitled to postgraduate funding instead. This section refers to the process for applying for undergraduate funding.

Awarding body

You apply for Student Finance for each year of your MA Architecture (Part 2) programme.

For students starting (or continuing their course) in September 2026, you can apply online for your Student Finance from March 2026. Straightforward applications will take four to six weeks to be processed by Student Finance England (but can take longer between August – November).

You apply for Student Finance for each year of your MA Architecture (Part 2) programme.

For students starting (or continuing their course) in September 2026, you can apply online for your Student Finance from early spring. Straightforward applications will take four to six weeks to be processed by Student Finance Wales.

You apply for Student Finance for each year of your MA Architecture (Part 2) programme.

For students starting (or continuing their course) in September 2026, you can apply online for your Student Finance from around April 2026. Straightforward applications will take four to six weeks to be processed by Student Finance Northern Ireland.
