In this conversation Terry Behan, Chief Design Officer at Nedbank, South Africa and Dr Nick de Leon from the RCA explored and shared accessible examples of business models to build your confidence in building these for your own product.
This RCA x Design for Good masterclass discussed Business Model Design and how this is a vehicle that takes your product or service to market. The more designed and differentiated your business model, the more likely your product or service is to scale in the market. This applies not just to commercial products but also to programs that wish to have a broader social impact.
Terry is an experienced designer, educator, & AI enthusiast. Terry’s portfolio encompasses product rollouts in sectors as diverse as insurance, digital banking, edtech, neuroscience, e-commerce, and commercial creativity.
