Practice
Since 2007, Xavier has led a dynamic team of architects and engineers developing comprehensive building engineering solutions. His team initially focused exclusively on structural design but progressively expanded its expertise to encompass sustainability and MEP services. This evolution accelerated significantly upon his relocation to London, where they began delivering integrated projects across all engineering disciplines while incorporating Masterplanning developments.
His most significant achievement has been navigating substantial personal and professional growth – adapting to diverse roles, international relocations, and maintaining work-life balance while caring for his family. Equally important is his professional transformation from a mono-disciplinary structural engineer to a multidisciplinary design leader and recognised expert in sustainability and circularity.
This journey has enabled him to bridge traditional engineering approaches with innovative sustainable solutions, positioning his team at the forefront of holistic design methodologies. The transition reflects both market evolution and his personal commitment to addressing contemporary environmental challenges through integrated engineering excellence.
