
Jane Pritchard is a design and innovation professional with extensive industry experience including leading IDEO London’s Transformation by Design practice.
Through her practical approach, Jane leads teams through a wide range of design challenges with the aim of delivering business impact. Her work focuses on supporting client teams to understand the needs, behaviours and desires of real people (customer, employees, stakeholders). She encourages organisations and businesses to adopt and apply design methods - such as design research, rapid prototyping, and co-creation – not just as tools, but as a mindset that drives innovation and long-term capability building.
Jane is passionate about understanding the broader context for design interventions as well as the social, cultural and organisational dynamics that shape design outcomes.
Jane holds an MA in Design Strategy & Innovation and has tutored students at London Business School and Imperial College London.

While at HSBC, Jane worked as part of global team to understand how remote and hybrid ways of working were impacting employees’ wellbeing.
