
Dalia Osman is a Research Associate at the RCA Robotics Laboratory, based in the School of Design. She is working on the development of advanced robotic sensing systems enhanced by artificial intelligence.
Prior to joining the Royal College of Art, Dalia completed her PhD in Robotic Shape Sensing, with the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Brunel University London. She received her MEng degree in Biomedical Engineering, at King’s College London, in 2019. She has experience in developing optical based sensing for continuum robots and medical applications.
