SICK BETTER
Sick Better is a speculative design project, which transforms illness/physical-weakness into a way of 'production', discusses the attitude towards the illness and welfare of the elderly and the infirm.
Man's Duty Is in Truth To Oldness is part of Sick Better, focusing on the elderly. In the show it displays a system design of an elderly home mainly via fictional narrative drawing.

Yiyun Chen is a speculative designer. Drawing and film are main mediums of her narrative works, which often based on fictional scenarios, aiming to provide alternative prospectives by raising dilemmatic questions through proposing critical concepts.Â
After having a diploma of traditional medicine, she currently interests in the realms where design, psychology, medicine and technology connect, and her work now mainly concerned with the wellbeing and illness.
