Free People
Free People is a virtual reality installation that consists of a physical dome set and a virtual simulation. The viewer, confined within the dome in both the physical and the virtual worlds, wears the Vive headset and hand controllers to play the role of Yinan, the artist, to observe and interact with five different versions of her, created based on data accumulated by the Tech Big Five (Alphabet/Google, Amazon, Apple, Facebook and Microsoft) with the help of artificial intelligence.
