MA work

MA work

My processes involve the translation of writings in the language of drawing. I seek the fascination of displacing the viewers through a piece of seemingly readable yet incomprehensible text. This series of work is prompted by factual events and fabricated memories. In the ambiguity of words strung together and read out of context, I further conceal my stories within these inked markings. As my thoughts translate and my voice mutates in an altering labyrinth of drawn alphabets, my artworks intend to promulgate the multiplicity of abstract conception. In all, I crave the beauty of ambiguity and the awe of decipherment.
