The Wind Is Trying To Tell Me Something
Xin’s work conveys a sentiment of rest, of spirit and the body. Everything is silence and pleasure. It is an ecosystem where pragmatism and sensitivity, vision and popular instinct come together with a bright tenderness. The best way to understand Xin is from her sensitive side, from her emotive approach, which hides behind her vision of design. The theme of her current project is around wind which is a sensual dialogue between nature and us. She makes hats and accessories to explore her theme. Her work looks to break through the limitations of traditional materials and techniques while expressing self-perception.Â
