Re:Couture is a platform created through storytelling, which engages people by upcycling and trading of second-hand clothes, rather than buying new clothes in order to make them go further, last longer, thereby reducing overconsumption.

It is a online - offline platform that provide online support and services of DIY tutorial and resources and 2nd-hand clothes marketplace. People can also check out our local store or our travelling caravan stores, we provide free equipments and guidances from our volunteers to DIY your clothes. MA Service Design, 2017

  • I am a Product and Service Designer who grew up in China and currently based in London. I studied in Toys and Games Design for my BA then I worked as a Barbie doll product designer for a half and two years. I develop products, services and strategies. Employing a human-centered approach to making abstract ideas tangible and work on solutions that are equally profitable for users, businesses and manufacturers. I care about social and environmental problems, about design thinking that change people behaviours and minimise waste while enhancing user experiences.

During my studies at the Royal College of Art, I have undertaken a number of service design projects for companies such as Transportation For London, Metropolitan Police, Natural History Museum, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, Samsung and others, both in group as well as independently. Also, I’ve also got opportunities to work on projects with MBA students from University of Cambridge Judge Business School and Imperial College Business School.
