Nourish

Nourish is an antidote to a world where eating relationships are increasingly driven by convenience, speed and societal pressures which dictate what, how and when we should eat.

A set of experimental objects encourage eating interactions which spark moments of delight to specifically satisfy the emotional side of our hunger and reduce our reliance on the food itself to provide pleasure and comfort. Unconventional forms and materials give you permission to engage with eating in a pleasurable, guilt-free manner. These objects, designed for use at home, sit at the heart of ritual-driven experiences which necessitate full, active engagement in the act of eating. This is blended with additional details crafted to slow the pace of consumption: allowing our sensations of satiety to naturally balance our physical hunger levels.

Nourish embodies a satisfaction-driven approach to eating experiences in pursuit of more positive, mindful, individual relationships with eating.
