This Must Be the Place
This Must Be the Place investigates St. Peters Field, a section of central Manchester that played host to both the Peterloo massacre, 200 years ago, and an influential Sex Pistols gig, 43 years ago. The project explores the overlaps between the two events, the site on which they occurred and offers a commentary on today’s social and political affairs.Â
