Wencun Chen
MA work
MA work
In this work, there are two main elements, paper money and bricks.
The translucent, uncut banknotes were sealed on the wall by pieces of wood from the door of a broken old warehouse. The translucent paper made people feel dizzy.
Contrary to this ghost money, the bricks in the corner and the iron cage that fell on the ground give a clear illusion.
Because the number, the individuality appears, and because of the number, this individuality is overwhelmed in the crowd.
Fold, level, seal, order, individual, collective, collapse, broken.
It's called Bill Bricks

Observing and reacting are ways in which Wencun maintains a fresh artistry. To him, art is ultimately related to the individual.
