The proposal prescribes for a ‘Vessel Infrastructure’ as part of a ‘Global Health Service’, delivered as a healthcare trade between developed nations and developing countries.

Docking at various ports of call on its voyage around the world, medical skill sets are exchanged, with both demographics mutually benefiting from the import and export of knowledge and science, for affordable, skilled treatments.

The architectural strategy takes the existing structure of an aircraft carrier and appropriates it through making incisions into the framework. Cavities are created into which medical, leisure and food services for the private and public sectors can be inserted.
