MA work
I am a designer who is interested in challenging and reinvestigating traditional forms and applications of materials in jewellery. My work explores new possibilities of pearl in terms of the classic aesthetics and making process. I am inspired by simple geometry, structure, texture, as well as modularity and interaction. My work pushes the boundaries of pearl by introducing an innovative function to this decorative material.
