Opportunities in the margins
I have been questioning the role of legalities and ethics within design research, by introducing more covert methods from sociology and contemporary art. By mirroring the abstract principles of traditional design research I have been investigating the areas of financial opportunity within employment on the margins of society.Â

A consistent feature of my work is using myself as a tool along with graphic design, film making and crafting narratives. My work sits within speculative and critical design, specifically within the area of sociology.  I enjoy working both solo and in collaboration, and also find running workshops are a dynamic process of design thinking.
