Our wish to be in control combined with the growing capabilities of technology leads to the constant gathering of data. Based on this growth, we try to uncover correlations within life and to demystify future scenarios. This search for patterns or anomalies in what was considered to be irrelevant noise questions our relation to information and attributes high potential to the unpredictable.

My work explores the process of how we use noise to generate information and then seek meaning in this. But what value does noise have?
