• Connecting with the viewer is my aim and personal remembrance is my instrument.

  I'm interested in developing a connection with an audience. From the still images and text within my books to the moving images and sound contained within my films, all comment on the notion of allowing the viewer to personally relate to me and my world.

  I believe that strong work comes from within, from personal experience and real emotions. I produce work that originates from or reflects my own life. Through my recent work with short film I have explored different aspects of my life experience within the moving frame. I work with digital video and utilise fictional narrative and documentary to send out my message.
