MA work

A fascination with braiding has influenced my collection of high-quality woven interior fabrics for upholstery and drapes. They bring together hand-crafted elements with that of the machine-made; stitching techniques have been merged with weave. Colour inspiration has been taken from my photographs of unusual objects, the Victoria and Albert Museum after dusk and the city at night.
