HEAL-Y-CON. A More Human-centred Healthcare
Going through the NHS can leave a patient feeling confused and isolated. Most of the patient confusion can be ascribed to inadequate communication and information flows between the doctor and patients.
I have identified touch points for interventions within the current patient journey, which can increase patient trust and confidence during treatment, create a bond between them and their doctors, and reduce possibility of medical errors.
