Bureau of Found Art Objects

A lost property office, as a memorial to the artist's practice, developed over the past 10 years, designed to dissipate over the period of the show and to exist in the future on a distributed basis.

M...M...My Generation does not worry about dying, but it worries about being forgotten and forgetting.

  • Roger Miles - Lost and Found

I am interested in the history, memorialisiation and cannibalisation of found objects.

More recently, I have been investigating ways of building my own memorials through interactive installations.

"The future of art may not need the lost wax process, but the artist will always need the found object," (With acknowledgements to Theaster Gates)
