Sorry you missed me
Sorry you missed me links six artists negotiating codes of transmission and features original performances, sound based sculpture, temporary wall paintings and online commissions. These works play with the traditional boundaries of the exhibition format, including time, space and presence.
Underscoring the curatorial methodology for the exhibition, the works in the show exist in between the other projects, inviting audiences to navigate moments of contamination and come into touch with the traces of missed connections.
Artists: Larry Achiampong, Marco Godoy, Navine G. Khan-Dossos, Hanne Lippard, Amy Spiers and Catherine Ryan

I am a specialist in contemporary art with experience in coordinating exhibition projects and supervising editorial works. Since graduating in Art History and Fine Arts, my work as Associated editor at Editorial Concreta and Assistant curator to Nuria Enguita Mayo has shaped my professional experience giving me the chance to collaborate with institutions such as MACBA, or Museo Reina Sofía (MNCARS) or Fundação Serralves among others.
In the last few years, I have been involved in exhibition projects that have sought to showcase artistic practices that provide a different outlook on history and culture and also investigated the different possibilities that art offers as a medium. My area of interest is focused on researching what the curatorial means today and also, to rethink the historiography created around it in order to find new ways to put it into practice. I am interested in finding and experimenting with new exhibition formats to generate different encounters between art and society.
