The aim of this project is to create a relaxing environment for the family.
With the global population growing rapidly, our earth is becoming more crowded than ever before, which requires a reform of family structures. In area with higher density, families are often of bigger sizes, so 3-4 generations of people will live together which saves a lot of resources and energy. In this circumstance, vehicles should also adapt to the need of different family members.
In this minivan interior, forms are designed according to both mental and physical needs of passengers. The idea comes from light, which explodes from a single point, and shines through the morning mist to form elegant shapes. The back of the interior is a hammock structure which can change its shape by moving the hanging points. Both old and young will find their most comfortable position with the help of electronic programmes.
