The site is in Embankment Gardens, located right next to a very busy interchange. Adjacent to the site are Embankment and Charing Cross tube stations. A great number of tourists exit the tube stations everyday. The tourists tend to travel north to Trafalgar Square or south across Hungerford Bridge. The garden is underused. The garden negates the views to the Thames. The garden lacks its full potential. What I am proposing is to create a pleasure garden for tourists who have only two or four days to visit London, typically hen parties and stag parties.
