China has risen to power in the global race for economic dominance; however, its cultural status is still somewhat lacking in the global scene.

In an attempt to spread and market Chinese Culture in London, the People’s Republic of China proposes a masterplan in which 33 Ministries of Chinese Culture will appropriate a site in every borough, with the head ministry housed in the City of London.

How will an architecture that represents China emerge as a tool for both the integration (and propaganda) of culture?
