PhD Work

PhD work

Looking at the transportation of people - rural workers in particular - in off-road conditions in my PhD, I have focused on the improvement of the everyday life of people, based on commercial and technical viabilities. New approaches and trends have confirmed a huge opportunity not only from the social, but also from the economic viewpoint. This has contributed to extending the language of mobility, proving that cultural and technological knowledge can be combined to inform design innovation. The final outcomes will improve people's living conditions as well as contribute to a better economy and to a fairer society.
