Untitled, Orn-Panit Chiarakul
Silver, diamonds
My inspiration stems from the basic and fundamental teachings of Buddhism - change, a law that is basic to the world we live in.
Exploration of this transformation and progression element forms the basis of my collections. It is a progressive moment, joining together to give the impression of one continuous flow. I observe the movement from cause to cause, effect to effect, one point to another like a journey.
This exploration has led to new ways of setting gemstones, using processes that are 'alive' such as electroforming. Creating artistic organic textures, with a jewel-like completion.
