The Future of Identity
It’s our differences that make us unique, and I believe this should be emphasised and celebrated. My project demonstrates how digital identities can be representative of what people want and need to authenticate themselves. Especially in a world where there are increasing authentication barriers to accessing everyday services, and peoples’ increasing demand for convenience is having a negative impact on the security of their data.

My goal:Â Social progress
My strategy:Â Service design
Social progress is defined as the capacity of a society to meet the basic human needs of its citizens, establish the building blocks that allow citizens and communities to enhance and sustain the quality of their lives, and create the conditions for all individuals to reach their full potential, – Harvard, 2019
Service design is the breakdown, analysis and development of the start to end process of an organisation to improve it's value (this value can be different for the various people involved), – Coutts, 2019
