How do we control the uncontrollable?
‘Control’ is used in a variety of contexts to express ‘mastery’ or ‘proficiency’ of human beings. The area which each human wants to control is varied, from controlling themselves, to even conquering the planet. Most of the anxieties and sadness we encounter derive from the feeling of losing control over something. However, some of the ‘hottest’ problems on the planet are driven by the ‘over-control’ of human power. The ideas behind my works revolve around the psychological aspect of control.
