• My art and design practice shifts between art direction and the visual arts. I am continually aiming to achieve a language that combines high quality design, through the use of typography, and still/moving images related to common contemporary topics. My main interest focuses on the notion of vanity, intended in its dual meaning*. My work ranges from commercial jobs (especially editorial) to self-initiated projects.

  *In conventional parlance, vanity is the excessive belief in one’s own abilities or attractiveness to others. Prior to the fourteenth century it did not have such narcissistic undertones, and merely meant futility. (Wikipedia)
