My approach in design is driven by practicality, construction and the exploration of simple manufacturing techniques. Recently I have been focusing on two main projects, one individual and one collaborative:

Furniture — My intention was to create a simple system of construction that allowed me to create a versatile family of furniture objects.

Leisure Boat (collaborative project with Arno Mathies) — Our objective is to create an accessible flat-pack leisure boat. The project came out of a paper-folding workshop that focused on generating 3D forms out of 2D drawings.
