MA work

Versatile collections of fabrics mixing opposites on different levels.

Challenging the use of natural against synthetic fibres it also combines chunky against thin, opacity against transparancy , matt against shiny.

The quirky combinations of colours either have a light or a dark base, slashed with pale neons or zinging colours.

Some of the fabrics are finished with subtle printing techniques that merge into the weaves to create further intricacy.

The purpose of these fabrics is to bring energy as well as comfort achieved through the fusion of contradictive components.
