Limits, excess, exploitation: those are the three words which best define the subject of my artistic focus over the last several years. I live in a world of excess, thoughtless exploitation of industrial products whose manufacture objectifies man and nature. My artistic relation to that world is what I search for through my pieces. Examples of that search include the projects centred around clothing, using textile products to create objects, installations or performance.

I believe in art situated outside of white cube – out of art’s comfort zone. Art that is egalitarian and alive. That can surprise you everywhere. Behind the corner, in a display window, above your head. It can show you a new universe, another point of view, remind you of something that has long been forgotten. Teach you something new about the area. It can shape the space, change the structure, reverse the meanings. When an art piece refers to architecture and urban setting, it can work in perfect harmony with existing space, extend it, negate it. Become a part of the environment. I believe it works when it takes into account the scale of the human and the scale of a crowd.
