I like to blur the visual line between knitted and woven material. Bringing tailoring techniques into knitwear is a concept which has inspired my work for a long time. The silhouettes of the collection are inspired by classic 1950s/60s tailoring.
The classic shapes are contrasted with the surface patterns which represent traditional Scandinavian knitting images to break the seriousness of the classic and streamlined garments.
