Kovey: A health leadership programme centred in reflective storytelling
Kovy is a leadership programme that uses reflective practice to build resilience and sharpen soft skills. Kovy Health empowers junior doctors to improve their emotional health, where members share and build on their personal experiences and reflections as medical practitioners. The goal of this programme is to help create a culture of health leadership among healthcare professionals, by building trust, respect and openness around emotional reflections that underpin and inform medical practice.
