‘From where I’m sitting...’ asks what we should be doing to create our buses of the future. Cities exist because of transport and transport exists because of cities, to design this transport therefore we need to understand the perspectives of all the people that interact with the bus and not just the bus passenger, for example the car driver, cyclist and pedestrian. To do this a new design process called ‘Experience Sections’ has been developed that collects and illustrates all of these perspectives to create a visual brief that will help deliver any design project.
