My interest is in cutting through conventions of communication, causing stereotypes to collapse and visual lexicons to be reconfigured.
Through performance, painting and installation my attempt is to hack codes of masculinity triggering unexpected configurations and hybridisation.Â
Repetition and spatial tracking merge in proto-choreographies and ritualistic sequences of actions. Appearance is tested through carefully selected outfits, the design of customized garments and ambiguous atmospheres.
