MA work

MA work

Taking my inspiration from blurred and distorted images that show the breakdown of movement and the way in which a moment in time is captured through imagery and photography, I have explored the transcendence between solid and distorted forms, focusing on transparent layers, blurred edges and displaced pattern.

Through yarn manipulation and experimental dye techniques I have created a collection of ethereal knitted fabrics for fashion.
