Conformists is a short film about losing control. It questions why we behave as we do and how it is sometimes impossible to free oneself from intense feelings like hate and jealousy. It is about the inner voice everybody has, the one which holds prejudice, which tells us that this person is annoying or undeserving.
Among the subjects that interest me are the things I can’t get a grip on, don’t really understand or have to search hard for. I work with moving image and make use of both fictional narrative as well as documentary to tell my story.
