Systemability

Systemability: a systems design management platform for sustainability.

Engaging with UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) has now become mission critical for businesses. Considering total societal impact is proven to be a powerful driver of business value.

Today, businesses struggle to navigate complex systems context, and to visualise and analyse their total societal impact. They want to communicate their impact to their key stakeholders – business partners, impact investors, customers – in order to gain competitive advantage. However, they face challenges around integration, with sustainability reporting standards, techniques for continuous followup, and measurement. It is also a difficult task to research, compare and chose among sustainable options, based on inconsistent standards and metrics. As a result, the path to achieve sustainability is inefficient and far from optimal.

Systemability is a platform, which helps businesses assess their systemic impact and leverage network effects to meet the SDGs more efficiently. The platform allows you to dynamically manage your business by understanding its components, and how they integrate in its systemic context holistically. By navigating systemic layers, businesses can assess how sustainable they are today, understand the gaps, and then be provided with resources to bridge those gaps.

    MA Service Design, 2019

  • I am a service and experience designer – my practice involves using research and design methods to envisage and enable a holistic and seamless user experience, with the aim to create value for the user and all stakeholders involved in a service.

When exploring my portfolio, you will discover I’m passionate about the power of design, strategy, branding, animation, and storytelling in making a difference – by creating sustainable or social concepts (e.g. Kalozoom). At the Royal College of Art, I’ve grown fascinated by systems thinking, value networks and sustainability – my MA dissertation is titled, Exploring the link between Future Design Systems and Systemic Challenges, and was the starting point of my RCA Show project called, Systemability.

I would be thrilled about the possibility of contributing with strategic insights and fresh perspectives for future user experiences as a trans-disciplinary designer with grit. Thank you!
