A new transformation is underway for universities to respond to, and support, a new generation of students with different learning models, professional development and multiple careers.
This creates opportunities for universities to engage in a lifetime relationship with their graduates, or risk having graduates with no sense of brand attachment, or missing the chance to create impact in society as a community.
Alumni Insights – helping universities to understand their Alumni to co-create a better future.
For Alumni – By providing a platform where they can find a space to share their ideas to improve the university, make it public to the community, vote and make them a reality.
For Universities – By providing a platform where they can find specific insights from their Alumni to make better decisions and shape the future benefits, activities and programmes. The service also provides all the logistics (staff) to gather insights from the different activities they run; private and public events, expositions, workshops, etc.

MA Service Design, 2019
I studied software engineering, worked on the business side for eight years in the financial sector, and I finished my master degree in design services. My goal is to create value as a design manager/consultant, developing solutions for people and businesses; since I'm curious about how technology, business, and design work together to achieve this goal.
I’m interested in every topic or experience that tries to understand or improve people's lives, like human centred design, psychology, human behaviour, marketing, philosophy or technology (VR/AR/IoT/AI/voice interaction).
