CILVIA
The CILVIA mainframe has been busy today. Over 25 shifts to the B/2026 context in the CITY Gameboard have put a lot of players on the backfoot and triggered some of the most unlikely alliances. The blurring between tactical objects and true proposals within the platform has made it much harder for all architects to work recently, including ourselves at the PIARENZ office.
Things were much easier when we had the traditional planning system... In CILVIA, the future context of London is constantly shifting and any day now our proposal for the City could be wiped out by a new object being placed within the game. This would be all the more frustrating given we've come so far through CILVIA's Plan of Works up until this date, battling adjoining proposals and succeeding thus far for the right to build.
One other player (TERFOS), however, is offering a trade that could really relieve the pressure. They've suggested that we rotate our massing by 28 degrees to reduce the overshadowing of their object by 37%, in exchange for 10.000m2 of their D-EV-T quota. Another ally within the Gameboard is exactly what we need at this critical moment and we really need to deliver some good news to our client soon...
